  • Our processing time vary due to launch/drop dates and made-to-order products. We aim to process all our orders as quickly as possible. However, processing times can vary depending on the product and order.

  • Items ordered in the UK can only be delivered to persons with an address in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands, BFPO and mail forwarding companies).

    We also ship to several countries internationally. To see if we ship to your country and your shipping options, please enter your address in the checkout and you will be able to see your delivery options.

    Certain items have transportation restrictions, and cannot be shipped to some locations. For details, see individual items.

  • Yes, we ship internationally! We ship to several countries around the world. However, there are a few countries and regions excluded.

    Please note. your package may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. brch. Creative Homeware is not responsible for these additional charges.

  • All delivery options are calculated by the total weight of the order and are available to choose from at checkout when paying for your order:

    UK (excluding NI)
    ‣ Free Collection from our Studio (1-2 Working Days)
    ‣ UPS Standard Delivery (1-2 Working Days)

    International
    ‣ UPS International Delivery (5-10 Working Days)

    Orders will be delivered Monday-Saturday, except bank holidays. You will receive an email to let you know your order has been shipped and tracking is provided with all our delivery options.

  • Orders will be delivered Monday-Saturday, except bank holidays. You can choose from:

    Collection
    If you are local in Glasgow, you can choose to collect your order from our studio at checkout for free! We aim to have your order ready for collection within 1-2 (plus processing time) working days depending on the item after receiving your order confirmation.

    Standard Delivery
    We aim to deliver your purchase within 1-2 working days (plus processing time) depending on the item after receiving your order confirmation.

    International Delivery
    We aim to deliver your purchase within 5-10 working days (plus processing time) depending on the item after receiving your order confirmation.

  • As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.

    You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in to your customer account via our website.

    Please note. It can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

  • Once you have received an email confirmation that your brch. Creative Homeware order is ready to collect. Within this email, there will be a link to book a collection slot for your order.

    After booking your slot, you can collect your order at your selected time and date from our studio:

    60 Brook Street, Glasgow, G40 2SN

    Please note. Collections for brch. Creative Homeware orders can only be made after booking a slot to collect. This time can be rescheduled if you are unable to make it the time you have booked.

    You can select "Collect" when selecting a Shipping Method in the Checkout.

  • At the moment, we only accept payments online through our online shop via Stripe and Paypal.

    Please note. If you are purchasing an item directly from our studio, we do not accept cash at this time.

  • We do not offer student discount on our products at this time.

    However, you can sign up to our Newsletter for special offers and sales.

  • You can return any unwanted item(s) (excluding custom, personalised or made to order, this includes stockist orders and shipping costs) for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery or collection. The products must be unused in brand new condition with any tags, protective stickers and original packaging in place. Shipping costs are the buyers expense.

    Please contact us for returns authorisation before sending any goods.
