Items ordered in the UK can only be delivered to persons with an address in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands, BFPO and mail forwarding companies).

Certain items have transportation restrictions, and cannot be shipped to some locations. For details, see individual items.

Orders will be delivered Monday-Saturday, except bank holidays. Tracking is provided with all our delivery options.

We ship via Hermes UK and UPS with estimated delivery times of 1-4 working days in the United Kingdom. Actual delivery times will depend on the delivery method you choose at checkout:

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.

You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in to your customer account via our website.

Yes, we ship internationally! We ship to several countries around the world. However, there are a few countries and regions excluded.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of United Kingdom), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to United Kingdom, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to brch. Creative Homeware.

You can return/exchange any faulty product(s) (excluding seconds sale items). To return or exchange, please notify us immediately on receipt of delivery providing evidence of this. brch. Creative Homeware will provide confirmation and authorisation of return.

All faults should be genuine damage to the product and outwith our standard production process such as chips or scrapes on the wood edge or surface, or broken glass for example.

Occurrences that would not class as faults, due to being part of the production process, such as flash points or pin marks on the wood surface, or burn and scorch caused by the laser process for example would only be available for exchange.

We do try our best to avoid having these segments on the final pieces, however, sometimes it can be missed as the rest of the process is done by hand. In this case and after assessment of the product, we would only be able to exchange the product as a goodwill gesture as this is not classed as a fault due to being part of the manufacturing process.

If an exchange is approved, all products without fault to be returned as unwanted items in brand new saleable condition with any tags, protective stickers and original packaging in place. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the product arrives in same state the return was authorised. Buyer is responsible for costs of any products that are damaged when returning products back to us.

Buyers must return the item within 14 days of authorisation and are responsible for the cost and guarantee of delivery - please obtain proof of purchase (receipt) and proof of postage of return delivery. In the event where brch. Creative Homeware is at fault and there is genuine fault, brch. Creative Homeware will cover and reimburse shipping costs.

Shipping costs are only refundable if there is proof that goods have been damaged or faulty and have arrived back at brch. Creative Homeware.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

Refunds and replacements will only be issued once brch. Creative Homeware have received the item and inspected its condition. Refunds and replacements will only be reviewed if buyer contacted brch. Creative Homeware before returning.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 working days.

We only replace items free of charge (FOC) if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, get in touch with us for exchange approval.

To return your product after receiving return authorisation, you should ship your product, in appropriate packaging to ensure the item does not get damaged during transit, to: brch. Creative Homeware, 60 Brook Street, Glasgow, G40 2AB. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that it will be covered by postal insurance.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If approved, all business to business returns will be subject to a cancellation fee will be charged based on the value of the order, expenses already spent and notice given before the due date.

All returns must be approved by brch. Creative Homeware before items are sent back. The responsibility for all shipping fees remains with the buyer. This does not apply to custom orders/ cut to size materials where no refund will be granted.
