Shipping Policy.

 
  • Our processing time vary due to launch/drop dates and made-to-order products. We aim to process all our orders as quickly as possible. However, processing times can vary depending on the product and order.

    For details on a specific item, please see the “processing” tab in the additional information section of the product listing.

    Please note. processing times are additional to delivery times and vary for each order.

  • Items ordered in the UK can only be delivered to persons with an address in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands, BFPO and mail forwarding companies).

    We also ship to several countries internationally. To see if we ship to your country and your shipping options, please enter your address in the checkout and you will be able to see your delivery options.

    Certain items have transportation restrictions, and cannot be shipped to some locations. For details, see individual items.

  • Orders will be delivered Monday-Saturday, except bank holidays. Tracking is provided with all our delivery options.

    All delivery options are calculated by the total weight of the order and are available to choose from at checkout when paying for your order:

    Free Collection from Studio (1-2 Working Days)
    Available for all Local to Glasgow
    Our studio is based at 60 Brook Street, Glasgow, G40 2AB

    Standard Delivery (1-2 Working Days)
    UPS starts from £5.00

    International Delivery (5-10 Working Days)
    UPS International starts from £10.00

    Please note. delivery times are additional to processing times and vary for each order.

  • We ship via Hermes UK and UPS with estimated delivery times of 1-4 working days in the United Kingdom. Actual delivery times will depend on the delivery method you choose at checkout:

    Collection: 1-2 Working Days

    Standard Delivery: 2-4 Working Days

    Express Delivery: 1-2 Working Days

    Please note. items that are made to order or personalised can take longer to ship. However, we aim to get this out to you as soon as possible. For details on a specific item, please see the “processing” tab in the additional information section of the product listing.

  • As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.

    You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in to your customer account via our website.

    Please note. It can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

  • Yes, we ship internationally! We ship to several countries around the world. However, there are a few countries and regions excluded.

    To see if we ship to your country and your shipping options, please enter your address in the checkout and you will be able to see your delivery options.

    Please note. your package may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. brch. Creative Homeware is not responsible for these additional charges.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. brch. Creative Homeware are not responsible for any additional charges or delays due to customs.

    When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

    Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

    brch. Creative Homeware does NOT have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

    The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of United Kingdom), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

    If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to United Kingdom, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to brch. Creative Homeware.

Returns Policy.

 
  • You can return any unwanted item(s) (excluding custom, personalised or made to order, this includes stockist orders and shipping costs) for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery or collection. You must contact us and provide us with your online order number and address as proof of purchase.

    For items purchased at events, pop-up shops and markets, you must provide a valid proof of purchase such as an email receipt or a text message receipt.

    The products must be unused in brand new saleable condition with any tags, protective stickers and original packaging in place. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the product arrives in same state the return was authorised. Buyer is responsible for costs of any products that are damaged when returning products back to us.

    Please contact us for returns authorisation before sending any goods.

  • You can return/exchange any faulty product(s) please notify us immediately on receipt of delivery providing evidence of this. brch. Creative Homeware will provide confirmation and authorisation of return.

    Buyers must return the item within 14 days of authorisation and are responsible for the cost and guarantee of delivery - please obtain proof of return delivery. In the event where brch. Creative Homeware is at fault, brch. Creative Homeware will cover shipping costs.

    Shipping costs are only refundable if there is proof that goods have been damaged or faulty and have arrived back at brch. Creative Homeware.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

    Refunds and replacements will only be issued once brch. Creative Homeware have received the item and inspected its condition. Refunds and replacements will only be reviewed if buyer contacted brch. Creative Homeware before returning.

    If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 working days.

  • We only replace items free of charge (FOC) if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, get in touch with us for exchange approval. If approved, you will be able to send your item back to: brch. Creative Homeware, 60 Brook Street, Glasgow, G40 2AB

  • To return your product after receiving return authorisation, you should ship your product, in appropriate packaging to ensure the item does not get damaged during transit, to: brch. Creative Homeware, 60 Brook Street, Glasgow, G40 2AB. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

    If you are shipping an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that it will be covered by postal insurance.

    Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If approved, all business to business returns will be subject to a cancellation fee will be charged based on the value of the order, expenses already spent and notice given before the due date.

    All returns must be approved by brch. Creative Homeware before items are sent back. The responsibility for all shipping fees remains with the buyer. This does not apply to custom orders/ cut to size materials where no refund will be granted.
